Dear Friends and Partners of Good Shepherd Shelter,

Spring brings new beginnings — and summer should be a season of joy, discovery, and carefree childhood memories.

The children residing at Good Shepherd Shelter are filled with renewed hope as they look forward to a safe and joyful summer following a year marked by healing, growth, and academic success. For many of our students, this will be the first summer free from anxiety and fear surrounding their family life. Some never learned to ride a bike, play outdoor games, or simply enjoy being children.

GSS Summer Camp

A Safe Place to Simply Be Kids Again

Good Shepherd Shelter Summer Camp gives our students the opportunity to simply be kids again on our beautiful, secure campus, built on the same foundation of safety, healing and love that our families experience every day at Good Shepherd Shelter. Camps provide playful skill-building through:

• Sports & outdoor games
• Arts & crafts
• Educational games
• Creator kits
• Exciting field trips

Summer Camp helps children regain confidence, strengthen social connections, and continue their healing journey — while building happy memories in a safe environment.
