DACA Services

What are the Requirements?

To be granted DACA, USCIS must determine that you meet all of the following requirements and merit a favorable exercise of discretion:

  • You were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012;
  • You came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;
  • You have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the time of filing your request for DACA;
  • You were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of filing your request for DACA with USCIS;
  • You had no lawful immigration status on June 15, 2012, and at the time of filing your request for DACA;
  • You are currently enrolled in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a GED certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard or U.S. Armed Forces; 
  • You have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or 3 or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.

    Green Card Renewal Services

    We offer low-cost adjustment of status and green card renewal services for lawful permanent residents.

     

    Family Petition Services

    We assist with uniting family members through our low-cost family reunification program. Spouses, parents, children, siblings and fiancés of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can apply. 

    Travel Permits/Advance Parole

    Services are provided for people on probation, asylees, those with temporary protection status (TPS), and others who are eligible to travel outside of the United States.
